Are you ready to indulge?
Christmas Eve Irish Coffee
— 2 ounces whiskey
— 1 ½ cups of brewed hot coffee
— 2 tablespoons brown sugar
— 1 ½ cups heavy cream
Fill mug ¾ full with coffee. Add whiskey and mix. Add 1 tablespoon brown sugar into the liquid and mix until it dissolves. Gently add 1-1 ½ cups cream onto top. Garnish with 1 tablespoon of brown sugar on top of the cream if desired.
Winter Snowfall White Chocolate Martini
— 3 ounces vanilla vodka
— 3 ounces white chocolate liqueur
— ½ ounce half-and-half
— sanding sugar
— white chocolate candy bar
Add sanding sugar onto rim (you can use a lemon or honey to make the sugar stick onto the rim). Pour vodka, liqueur, and half-and-half into a shaker filled with ice and shake well. Strain the mixture into the martini glass. Add white chocolate candy bar pieces into the martini to add flavor. (If you’re feeling super fancy, shave the white chocolate candy bar for garnish on top!)
Spiked Chocolate-Covered Cherry Hot Cocoa
— 1 ½ ounces vodka
— 1 ½ cups hot chocolate
— maraschino cherries
— whipped cream
— chocolate sauce
Add vodka, hot chocolate, and 4 maraschino cherries to a blender. Blend well. Pour blended hot chocolate into mug (reheat if necessary). Add whipped cream on top with more maraschino cherries if desired. Garnish with a chocolate drizzle.
Classic Hot Toddy
— 3 tablespoons rum
— 1 ½ tablespoons honey
— 1 lemon
— 1 teaspoon cinnamon
— cinnamon sticks
— 2-3 cups water
Boil 2-3 cups of water. Section lemon into 4 slices. Pour rum to mug. Add enough boiled water to almost fill the mug. Mix well. Add honey and stir well. Squeeze 2 lemon slices and cinnamon into mug and stir. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and lemon slice.
Orange and Cinnamon Old-Fashioned
— 3 ounces bourbon
— ½ ounce simple syrup
— 3-4 dashes of orange bitters
— ½ cup club soda
Add bourbon, syrup, and bitters to a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into glass. Add club soda. Garnish with cinnamon stick and orange if desired.
Holiday Cranberry Bellini Mocktail
— 1 ½ cups sparkling grape juice
— 1-2 rounded scoops of cranberry sorbet
— Cranberries
— Mint
Scoop cranberry sorbet into glass. Pour 1½ cups sparkling grape juice over sorbet. Add cranberries and mint on top for garnish or muddled for extra flavor.
Ginger and Lime Moscow Mule
— 2 ounces vodka (choose specialty holiday vodka such as cinnamon or apple for even more flavor)
— 2 cups ginger beer
— Lime
Add ice to mug. Pour vodka over the ice. Add ginger beer until mug is full. Cut lime into 4 slices. Squeeze 1-2 lime slices into beverage if desired. Add lime slices for garnish.
