Pass the Salt, Please
Cold weather is setting in, and you know what that means! Dry, dull skin. This year, don’t let dry indoor air and icy wind gusts get you down. There’s a simple trick to keep your skin glowing all winter long despite the chill.
Salt scrubs simultaneously exfoliate and moisturize, leaving your skin soft, smooth, and radiant. However, unlike sugar or table salt, sea salt has rugged natural edges that are well suited for rough winter skin. And because it’s not been refined in any way, sea salt has no additives and retains all its minerals, so you can feel good about putting it on your skin.
Salt scrubs are a breeze to make at home, and they also make unique gifts. You can make countless varieties to suit nearly any mood or purpose — all you need is a base moisturizer, essential oils, and a jar.
