Gorgeous mirror, arrived damaged

This piece is breathtakingly beautiful. The design is so pretty and the mirror is just the right size to accent a wall. But pieces of that lovely ceramic frame were chipped to bits by the time it got to me, along with four big cracks I want to fix before I hang the mirror. It's mostly intact and I think I can fix it, but I'm disappointed that this magnificent mirror wasn't better wrapped for shipping.
