My household primarily drinks loose leaf tea these days, and these are soooo much easier to use and clean than spherical boules! They're also closely woven enough that even our really fine rooibos doesn't get through and end up in the bottom of the mug.

So impressed with this hand-woven stainless steel tea strainer, I admired the artisans' craftsmanship, made to last. I know I will enjoy this useful item years to come. Plan to order a couple more for loved one

I purchased this strainer based on a review that talked about how tightly woven this item was - that not even rooibus tea leaves get through. When mine arrived the holes at the bottom are such that any loose tea would spill right through. I gave three stars as the thought was there - but woven so loosely at the bottom of the strainer - it won’t work.
