Star Garland is faded

I’ve purchased many Star Garlands years ago. I gave them away as gifts. The colors of the stars were bright. The two Star Garlends I just received (October’24) are disappointing. The colors are so faded I can’t give them as gifts. Still, they seem sturdy enough that I’m considering buying some paints and painting the stars.
