We heard it through the grapevine that there is an empty spot on your wall where this basket would be a perfect fit! This basket is hand-woven by women working with Uganda Crafts, an artisan group that provides single mothers widowed by the HIV/AIDS epidemic the opportunity to earn income weaving at home.

Lovely design and great quality but had hoped it would be more purple/lavender as it looks in the photo. It is definitely a dark blue shade in person.
