You're definitely in good hands with the Good Hands Salad Servers. They're handcarved of neem wood, a naturally antimicrobial wood, and finished in watco oil, a blend of non-toxic naturally occurring oils used to finish and soften the wood. One hand has defined fingers, acting as a pronged server, the other does not and acts as a scoop.
